Free Exploratory and Introduction Call

We’ll start with a free, 20-minute introduction conversation. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, to learn more about the challenge your facing, and to evaluate if working together makes sense.

Book your first session

Assuming our call goes well, and we decide working together makes sense, you will be able to book your first career coaching session right away for the following week. It’s important to have a week between each conversation, as you will be assigned “homework” after each session. This helps ensure progress with each meeting and helps you get the most out of your investment.

Then what?

No two clients are the same, nor will they need the same thing from me.

Typically, We will meet weekly (most often virtually) with my clients for a period of five or six weeks. However, there is no "standard" and there is never a continued obligation. We’ve coached some clients through transitions for over a year, and We’ve had other clients find they have what they need after just a few sessions.

Follow up

Once you are comfortably installed into your new role, many of my clients find it helpful to schedule quarterly check-up conversations. These conversations are often used as a check-in to help keep you accountable and on-track toward your long term goals.

These calls can also be used to take a periodic look backwards. Such reviews provide the opportunity to evaluate your progress, to confirm your priorities are still the same, and to ensure you are still on the path you want to be on. Regular check-ins help prevent "slip" into old paths, directions or habits that can impede or stop your progress.

No Commitment

We never ask clients to commit to anything beyond the next scheduled session. We are aware that others in this industry ask clients to prepay for packages that cost thousands of dollars right from the start. But we think there is more transparent and a better way to build a trusting and more effective relationship. It is important that our clients never feel obligated or locked in to anything.
