With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources within the federal government, Reginald brings a wealth of knowledge, credibility, and passion to every stage, classroom, and community he enters.

As the Founder of Serve4Men, Reginald leads a powerful men's empowerment organization committed to helping males of all ages rise to their full potential. Through intentional programs focused on leadership development, mental health and wellness, career readiness, and family strengthening, Serve4Men builds safe spaces where men are inspired and challenged to live with purpose, integrity, and accountability.

Throughout his career, Reginald has trained and impacted tens of thousands of individuals — from students and employees to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and community leaders. His dynamic, engaging, and culturally relevant training style on topics such as workforce development, leadership, and fatherhood continues to captivate and motivate audiences locally and nationally.

Reginald's commitment to growth never stops. He recently earned a certification in Trauma-Informed Care from the Trauma-Informed Care Institute — reflecting his deep commitment to empathy, understanding, and creating healing spaces for everyone he serves.
