Brandi is from Detroit, Michigan. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy, certification from the Society of Human Resource Management, and certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace and Inclusive and Ethical Leadership from the University of South Florida MUMA College of Business. She is an enthusiastic HR professional who is passionate about making HR understandable and accessible to everyone. She has over 25 years of experience and a strong background in union relations. She gained experience in the private, educational, and public sectors. Brandi’s areas of expertise are recruitment, employee relations, coaching, training, and policy creation. She also volunteers with non-profit organizations to ensure their processes comply with local, state, and federal laws. Brandi is a servant leader who works well with all levels of the organization.
