Hennither Gant is an expert in human resources, having worked in the private, Fortune 500, non-profit, and government sectors on topics such as employee relations, performance management, orientation, recruitment, and employment legislation. Hennither's experience in the "hiring and firing" profession has provided her with confidential information about recruiting qualified staff and determining an organization's long-term survival. These qualities grew into an unwavering passion for assisting individuals in reaching their ideal jobs and assisting corporations in all areas relating to human resources. Hennither founded Career Image Solutions, a firm aiming to deliver HR solutions that help businesses and career experts reach the next level. Hennither completed her undergraduate studies at Coppin State University, a graduate program at Towson University, and was certified as a Small Business and Group Benefits Specialist by Legal Shield, an organization specializing in identity theft and legal services. Hennither inspires others through public speaking. She has vast experience as a lay speaker, having worked as a panelist, radio co-host, mistress of ceremonies, workshop presenter, and conference speaker, as well as giving numerous sermons. Hennither has also produced writings advocating for women's empowerment and liberation. When she is not attending lectures or meeting HR obligations, Hennither spends time with her husband and five children. She also enjoys singing, dancing, and listening to West African music.
