Kizzy Parker

Kizzy Parker, born and raised in Miami, Florida, and currently in Georgia, brings a wealth of experience across HR and operations in retail, telecommunications, hospitality, and education. Named Kizzy when "Roots" aired in 1977, she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Hospitality Management. She earned a Master's in Human Resource Management from DeVry University. She began her HR career as an HR supervisor at Toys R Us, where she recruited and managed teams for five years. She then worked in the telecommunications industry and has since honed her experience in talent acquisition. Kizzy is passionate about crafting, family, faith, her dog Dallas, and the Dallas Cowboys.
